LSA Design developed the 750-car shared parking facility with climate-controlled passenger waiting area in conjunction with adjoined convenience retail space. The facility places parking over an open air busway. LSA Design provided planning, design and construction administration. LSA also secured and provided administration of federal funds for each phase of the project.
