Grand River Station is a joint development project in the historic downtown area containing a primary passenger terminal and 8-bus transfer facility and proposed retail, parking and housing. LSA Design was selected by the City and Municipal Transit Utility as project / program manager to develop a project program and concept design; to initiate and manage the joint development process in selecting a development partner; and to negotiate a development agreement in accordance with FTA 5309 policies and procedures.  LSA was also selected to complete final design.  Negotiations with residential / retail developers are currently underway. The project is currently out for bids with construction to be completed by Sept 2009
