The station combines a climate-controlled passenger area within a 941-car shared parking facility and canopied bus loading area. LSA developed this mixed-use project from the ground up. The schedule of services included a detailed-shared parking analysis, and design and construction administration of the parking facility and transit station. The project was designed with alternatives to allow the owner to maximize available funds.
