LSA Design is a member of the Parsons Brinkerhoff team for the Hennepin County Regional Rail Authority (HCRRA). The purpose of the analysis is to compare the benefits, costs and impacts of a range of transit options for the Southwest Corridor, in order to determine an appropriate course of action.  LSA was selected for our experience and expertise with station area planning and transit oriented development.
