Bill has over twenty years experience as a Structural Engineer, Project Manager and Parking Consultant. During that time he has designed and/or managed construction of over sixty parking facilities throughout the country.  His work experience includes parking studies, conceptual design, structural and functional design as well as construction administration. He has teamed with various architectural firms on parking projects, which have won local and national acclaim. His projects are consistently on time and within budget.  He is responsible for client relationships, project deliveries, cost control, functional design, technical design, and direction to staff and consultants.

Bill has performed the functional and structural design of numerous transit stations parking facilities. He is an expert at designing parking within Transit Oriented Developments and providing durable and economical structural designs.
